Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation by Coptering:
- Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather conditions that prevent the safe execution of the flight, Coptering reserves the right to cancel the flight. In such cases, the flight will be rescheduled for a date convenient for the client.
- Technical Problems: If technical problems arise that affect the safety of the flight, Coptering will cancel the flight and reschedule it for a date convenient for the client.
2. Cancellation by the Client
- Cancellation or Date Change: Customers may cancel or change the date of their reservation provided they do so at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, Coptering will reschedule the flight to a date convenient for the customer.
- Refunds: Refund requests must be made within the established timeframe (48 hours prior to the flight) and are subject to the specified cancellation conditions.
